Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Spa Ceylon Australia, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below. These apply to both online purchases made at spaceylonaustralia.au and in-store purchases.
General Return Guidelines
- Condition: Products must be returned in new or gently used condition, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase or a gift receipt if applicable.
- Gift Sets: If returning a set, all products and packaging within that set must be returned, with no more than one item in the gift pack in a gently used condition. The rest must be unused and unopened.
- Original Packaging: All products must be in their original, unmarked packaging (including containers and boxes) and should not be broken or defaced.
Monitoring and Limitations
- Return Activity: Spa Ceylon reserves the right to monitor return activity for abuse and limit returns or exchanges as deemed necessary.
- Loyalty Rewards: Any loyalty rewards associated with a refunded purchase will be removed when the refund is processed.
- Non-returnable Items: Free products with purchases, special offers, discounts, gift certificates, and vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
Policy Effective Date
- This policy is effective for all purchases made on or after 2nd September 2023.
Online Purchases (spaceylonaustralia.au)
- Return Process: Online purchases can be easily returned by courier using the return shipping label included in your order. Follow the return procedures outlined below.
- Shipping Charges: We regret that original shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
- Return Window: Items purchased online must be returned within 21 days from the purchase date to be eligible for a refund.
- Processing Time: Please allow 3-14 working days for your return to be processed after it is received by our facility.
How to Return Online Purchases by Courier
1. Notify Us: Email us at info@spaceylonaustralia.au with the following information: purchaser’s name, purchase date, order number, invoice amount, item names and quantities being returned, and reason for return.
2. Packaging: Ensure the product is packed in its original Spa Ceylon box and packaging.
3. Return Slip: Fill out the Return Slip included with your order and courier the package to Shop L 63/455 George St, Sydney NSW 2000.
Note: Courier charges or any other shipping or delivery costs for the return will not be covered by Spa Ceylon Australia.
Refund Process
- Payment Method: Refunds will be processed according to the payment method used for the purchase.
- Within 1-14 Days: The purchase price will be refunded to the original credit or debit card.
- Within 14-21 Days: The purchase price will be refunded as online store credit (valid for 14 days).
Note: Online store credit cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers/e-gift cards. The credit will be emailed to the address used for the original purchase. If not received, contact us at info@spaceylonaustralia.au or call (02) 9283 8580 during office hours.
Gift Returns
- In-store Gift Returns: If you are returning a Spa Ceylon gift, please visit your nearest Spa Ceylon Australia outlet with your ‘Gift Receipt’. You will receive in-store credit that can be used within 14 days at the outlet.
In-store Purchases
- Return Window: Spa Ceylon in-store purchases may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is in new or gently used condition and you have proof of purchase or a gift receipt.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be provided in the same form as the original payment.
- Special Promotions: Purchases made during special promotion or gift offer periods will only be eligible for in-store credit, redeemable within 14 days at the processing outlet.
