Method of Use:

Cardamom Rose Bath & Shower Gel - Use in bath or shower, pour into hands or a natural bath lotus. Gently massage all over wet body & wash off.

Cardamom Rose Body Lotion - Apply all over hands & body. Massage & leave on.

Cardamom Rose Massage & Bath Oil –
Relaxing Massage: - Warm in Spa Ceylon oil warmer, apply & massage.
Calming Bath: - Add 3 tablespoons to warm bath. Soak & relax.
Light Moisturising: - After bath, apply a few drops on wet skin & towel dry.

Cardamom Rose Body Scrub - Before bath, apply lightly all over body. Leave for 5 minutes. Wet skin with milk, massage in circular motions for 5 mins & wash off.

Cardamom Rose Hand Butter - Clean & wipe hands dry, apply, gently massage & leave on.

Intensive Hand Care: At bed time, apply generously all over hands, wear cotton gloves & leave overnight. Use twice daily.
